How do I Exchange or Return an Item?
There is a $10 restocking fee on all returned merchandise
(does not apply to exchanges)

**WE HAVE A 15 DAY EXCHANGE or RETURN POLICY**
You must request an exchange authorization number or a return authorization number. Use the contact form (see the link in the menu section on the left side of the page) to submit your request. Include all pertinent information such as price, style, color, and the reason for the exchange or return. We will reply to your email with your exchange authorization number or return authorization number. Simply print the email message and include it with the product(s) you are exchanging or returning. Also include a copy of the invoice. Ship the product(s) in original packaging in the original condition - product packages not opened - no tags removed - to:

Please be sure to enclose your exchange instructions with your exchange. If your exchange is more than your original purchase please include payment or credit card authorization. If your exchange is less than your original purchase you will be issued a credit for the balance. If the tags have been removed or if your purchase is not in original condition it will be returned to you. You are responsible for all S&H charges. If your original purchase was $86.00 + $9.50 S&H you will receive an exchange credit of $86.00. If your exchange order is a Form for $86.00 you will be charged $9.50 S&H charge. Please ship via US Priority Mail.
