How do I Exchange or Return an Item?
 

**WE HAVE A 15 DAY EXCHANGE or RETURN POLICY**
You must request an exchange authorization number or a return authorization number. Use the contact form (see the link in the menu section on the left side of the page - or if you are on the contact page see below) to submit your request. Include all pertinent information such as price, style, color, and the reason for the exchange or return. We will reply to your email with your exchange authorization number or return authorization number. Follow the instruction in the email to complete your return or exchange. Print the email message and include it with the product(s) you are exchanging or returning. Also include a copy of the invoice. Ship the product(s) in original packaging in the original condition - product packages not opened - no tags removed - to:

Please be sure to enclose your exchange instructions with your exchange. If your exchange is more than your original purchase you will receive instructions on payment or credit card authorization. If your exchange is less than your original purchase you will be issued a credit for the balance. If the tags have been removed or if your purchase is not in original condition it will be returned to you. You are responsible for all S&H charges. If your original purchase was $86.00 +(plus) Shipping & Handling you will receive an exchange credit of $86.00 and will be billed the product price difference plus shipping and handling. For timely processing we prefer that you ship via US Priority Mail.

If you are returning an item only (not requesting an exchange) you may be issued a credit for the item or items returned only. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
